The Details

Traditionally a landlord must wait a full group of tenants to sign together. The property is often vacant for 1-2 months before it is leased as well as deal with the the additional risk of multiple different people who are guaranteeing the payments. The majority of leases are also only one year so this cycle repeats after 12 months when new tenants are needed.
